Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 26, 2026
This policy explains what personal information TensorGen Inc (“TensorGen,” “we,” “us”) collects through tensorgen.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to respond to you, we don't sell it, and we don't keep more of it than we have to.
What we collect
We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us, plus a small amount of technical data needed to run the site.
- Contact form. When you reach out through our contact page, we collect your name, work email, company (optional), the area you're interested in, and whatever you write in the message.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our servers and analytics record standard request data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page. This is used to operate the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and this site is not directed at children.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry.
- To send you the newsletter you subscribed to — and nothing else.
- To understand, at an aggregate level, how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't feed it to anyone's model training.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted third-party service providers to deliver contact-form messages, manage newsletter email, host the site, and measure aggregate traffic. Each receives only the data needed for its function and is bound by its own privacy terms. Some of these providers operate in the United States or elsewhere, which means your information may be processed outside Canada and your own country, under the laws of those jurisdictions. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Cookies and analytics
The site itself does not set marketing or tracking cookies. Where aggregate analytics are enabled, our analytics provider may set cookies to measure usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use a browser extension to opt out, with no loss of functionality.
How long we keep it
We keep contact inquiries for as long as needed to follow up and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, then delete them. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Technical and log data is short-lived and rotates out automatically. We don't keep personal information longer than we have a reason to.
Your rights
Under Canada's PIPEDA — and, for visitors in the EU/UK, the GDPR — you can ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct it if it’s inaccurate.
- Delete it, where we have no overriding reason to keep it.
- Withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time.
Every newsletter email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. For any other request, reach us through our contact page and we'll respond promptly.
How we protect it
We keep our data footprint small on purpose, and the site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but minimizing what we collect is the strongest protection we can offer.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here.
